After each wallpaper you must "X" out of an advertisement. I deleted app.

I have an iPhone 6plus. The wallpaper animates in my camera roll perfectly. But when I go to set it in the lock screen it does nothing! I have tried everything! Reinstalled but does the same thing. I do not understand why?
